We sell two types of product “stocked products” (we carry over 3,500 different ranges) or Special Order product. Special order products are clearly marked on all our paperwork from quotation to final invoice…

Returning “Stock products”.

Simple. No need to fill in this form. Simply return these goods to either of our Merchants sites (Woking or Farnham) within 28 days of purchase. Providing that you have a receipt for the goods and that the goods are in their original packaging, unopened and in a resalable condition, we will give you credit there and then…

As a reminder

Special order products are products that have been obtained, and in some cases, manufactured specifically for you and are outside of our normal stock profile. They therefore cannot be returned unless the goods are found damaged at time of supply or prove to be faulty during or after installation. Some manufacturers reserve the right to replace or repair products such as boilers and pumps. Of course this doesn’t affect your statuary right and we waive this policy if goods are found damaged at time of supply or prove to be faulty during or after installation.
